From the images, the device sports a similar design to last year’s Powerbeats Pro which features a curved design with angled buds and over-ear hooks. The only visual difference that sets it apart from the Pro is an adjustable cable that connects both earpieces together. Like its predecessor, a talk button is situated on the cable connected to the left earpiece.

WinFuture claims that the Apple Powerbeats4 will be equipped with the company’s H1 chip with the aforementioned voice-activated Siri support, as well as faster connection time for calls and up to 30 percent lower gaming latency, among other things. It will have up to 15 hours of battery life which is charged via Lightning cable, the report adds. Availability and price for the new earphones are not known yet. Additionally, the tech site also mentions that the new Powerbeats recently received its FCC approval in February, which suggests that an official Apple announcement is expected sometime soon.
