Among the features that watchOS 7 will provide for Apple Watch is the new Sleep app which makes it possible to track your sleep, curate a specific schedule, and suit a preferred bedtime routine without depending on third-party apps.

With the final version set to be released this fall, the new watchOS 7 will also allow users to customise and share watch faces. Also, the Fitness app will receive four new workouts including Dance, Functional Strength Training, Core Training and Cooldown. Additionally, the watchOS 7 also carries a long list of improvements for Apple Maps, Siri, and Noise app. Not to forget, the operating system will also enable Apple Watch to detect hand washing which is quite a nifty feature at the moment due to the on-going COVID-19 outbreak.

As per what we mentioned before, watchOS 7 can be supported by Apple Watch Series 3, Series 4, and Series 5. However, do note that your iPhone needs to be installed with iOS 14 public beta if you’re planning to test it out which you can do so by signing up for the Apple Beta Software Program.
