The network disruption began yesterday, and is expected to to last five days, until 13 December. That said, this will mainly only affect subscribers in some parts of the Klang Valley, Selangor, Johor and Sabah. This is caused by a planned maintenance by Celcom.

— Celcom #NextNormalReady #ReadyWithCelcom (@Celcom) December 9, 2019 Celcom is already working on minimising the impact on consumers by conducting a planned migration to optimise data and voice experience on its network. In a statement, the telco said that this will be done in stages at selected areas. The telco previously faced network disruptions in September, affecting Perlis, Kedah, Penang and Perak. That particular episode was not caused by a planned network maintenance, but a double fibre failure. The incident was resolved in a day. (Source: Celcom / Twitter via SoyaCincau)
