Particularly aimed towards content creators and publishers, the Rights Manager is created to provide users with a safer environment when using Facebook. The latest update looks to focus primarily on Images within Rights Manager that works by using an image matching technology which will help users monitor their contents when it is being used by another user.

In order to gain access to the Rights Manager, content creators will first need to be an admin of a page either on Facebook or Instagram. Upon checking on this, page admins will then be required to submit an application for a specific content they wish to protect. The system will then smartly match contents across both social media platforms. Additionally, users can also determine if their contents could be accessed worldwide or only in certain locations. For now, this feature is only open for limited regions and there has been no word yet on when the company will finally decide to expand this feature for other regions. However, based on our observation, Malaysia has already been able to access the Rights Manager feature. So if you wish to closely manage your pages, consider visiting the link attached here.
