As a quick refresher, Gotham Knights is being developed by WB Montreal, the studio behind Arkham Origins. The game’s plot begins with the premise that the Batman is dead, indicating that it takes place sometime after the events of Arkham Knight. But whether this is an official sequel or an alternate timeline spinoff is not yet made clear. Either way, you’ll play as either Batgirl, Nightwing, Robin or Red Hood in carrying on Batman’s legacy.

Introduced here are character levels and damage numbers, as well as increased emphasis on combat gadgets. As announced on Twitter by the game’s official account, the game will be out on 25 October 2022.
