Even though Trump has announced that the Chinese technology giant is now able to purchase products from its U.S-based suppliers, the U.S Department of Commerce still hasn’t taken Huawei’s name from its sanction list. In fact, its staff were asked to continue treating the company as being blacklisted. While Huawei has been provided with a temporary license, it doesn’t cover future devices. Not to forget, the license will also expire next month. Hence, it is not surprising that the company is still waiting for further clarification. Let’s see how soon the air will finally be cleared.
