As part of its official launch, the devs also announced the first expansion for Legends of Runeterra, called Rising Tides. This expansion features over 120 new cards, and 11 new champions from the world of League of Legends. With the addition of he expansion also comes six new gameplay mechanics, called Keywords. After a few months in open beta, Legends of Runeterra is finally getting released in full. That said, the rollout is a little different, depending on which platform you want to play on. If your platform of choice is on PC, then you should be able to get it, and the new expansion right away. But if you wish to play the game on mobile, you’ll likely have to wait until tomorrow. The game will be available on both Android and iOS. Best of all, Legends of Runeterra will support cross-platform play, as well as cross-platform saves. While you don’t need a Riot account to play on mobile, having one will get you access to both. This means you get to keep your progress when you move from one platform to another, and play with other players on different platforms. The game is free-to-play on all platforms.
