As reported by Forbes, the bug shows your Gamertag, the date and time, a string of unknown numbers, but most importantly, your IP address. This can be seen floating at the bottom of the screen, which bounces around as you play the game.

— Marvel’s Avengers (@PlayAvengers) June 22, 2021 The developers of Marvel’s Avengers, Crystal Dynamics, is aware of the situation. That being said, a hotfix is only due at 11pm local time today. The devs say that PS5 players should avoid streaming or posting screenshots online until the hotfix goes live. Though it remains to be seen if this warning reaches enough people before some real damage gets done by accident. At any rate, if you’re a regular streamer of Marvel’s Avengers, maybe it’s time to go back to the PS4. Or give the game a break, at least for today. Though it doesn’t seem to be an issue on other platforms, so you’re probably safe if you do all that on a PC. (Source: Forbes)
