As you’d expect, the GE75 sports some pretty heavy-hitting hardware that would caters to gamers. For a start, it has a large 17.3-inch Full HD IPS display, which is beefed up with a 144Hz refresh rate and a 3ms response time. On top of that, the bezels on the display are exceedingly thin. Marking a similarity to its ultra-thin and powerful brother, the GS65 Stealth.
Moving on, the GE75 comes in two configurations; one with an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060, the other with a GeForce GTX 1070 discrete GPU. Regardless of the variant though, both units come equip with an Intel Core i7-8750H CPU, 16GB DDR4-2666 RAM, and a 256GB NVMe PCIe SSD and 1TB 7200RPM HDD combo. On top of that, the keyboard features per-key RGB lighting. For ports, the GE75 features a Killer E2500 Gigabit Ethernet port, one HDMI 2.0 port, a mini DisplayPort 1.4, one USB 3.1 Type-C Gen2 port, two USB 3.1 Type-A Gen1 ports, a USB .31 Type-A Gen2 port, an SD Card reader, and individual jacks for headphones and microphones. There is a slight trade-off; for all the power that it delivers, the GE75 weighs in at a pretty hefty 2.66kg.
