CEO Min-Liang Tan says that the company still has a “pretty large” engineering team that’s still capable of making a phone. With that said, the gaming brand is adopting a “wait-and-see” approach with 5G before it even contemplates working on the Razer Phone 3. Tan reasons that despite many manufacturers already making 5G-ready phones, it’s still a technology that’s not yet widely available to the masses. Tan believes that this makes the purchase of a 5G phone difficult for customers to justify....

An upgrade over its predecessor that was released in 2018, the optical switches on the new Huntsman V2 and Huntsman V2 Tenkeyless are claimed to offer “near-zero” input latency. Razer says that these feature a polling rate of 8,000Hz, enabling them to theoretically detect key presses eight times faster than the original model – making both keyboards ideal for gaming, among other things. The onboard Opto-Mechanical keys are complemented by the brand’s new PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) keycaps, which are designed to be more durable and feature long lasting legends that do not wear away over time....

Underneath the hood, the Razer Blade 17 Pro is equipped with the new 9th generation Intel Core i7-9750H 6-core CPU, which has a base clock of 2.6GHz and boost clock of 4.5GHz. Accompanying the CPU is a base 16GB DDR4-2667MHz RAM configuration, but that amount can be upgraded to 64GB. Storage on the Razer Blade 17 Pro is settled by a 512GB NVMe PCIe SSD, but Razer’s specs sheet states that the capacity can be expanded by a further 2TB via an open M....

Hence, it is not surprising that the company and BAPE decided to come out with another collection once again which features even more items than the first collection. 91mobiles has shared renders that look very much like that of the Nothing ear (1), which reportedly come from Kuba Wojciechowski, another leakster in the the mobile devices space. The similarity makes sense if this is meant to be its direct successor, with the only clear difference being the ear (2) marking on each stem. The brand’s name has been removed, which makes the rest of the stem look cleaner....

PC Gamer reports that t0st discovered the reason behind the slow load times in GTA Online. The short version of it is “a single thread CPU bottleneck while starting up GTA Online”. They also say that it’s a problem that “shouldn’t take more than a day of a single dev to resolve”. And to prove the point, he uploaded what he calls the proof of concept of the fix. Having picked up on this, Rockstar has acknowledged the fix in a statement....

The issue of the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, as explained by Samsung, occurred after certain owners of the Galaxy S10 began applying third-party “silicone screen protecting cases” – a screen protector, basically – on to the display of the phone. Upon doing so, the screen protector caused issues with the built-in sensor’s three-dimensional patterns, thus causing the phone to unlock even when the fingerprints were not registered on the phone....

The naming convention of the displays here are relatively obvious. The shape of the notches being based on the corresponding letter. Most of us may have forgotten the specs for two devices since they were launched back in August of last year, so here’s a refresher....

As the company claims, these new series of microSD cards have a lifespan of up 16 years of continuous recording. Interestingly, the storage capacity of the card determines its lifecycle. According to the press release, only the 256GB model has close to its 16-year lifespan. As you half the capacity further, so does the estimated life cycle, bottoming out at two years for the 32GB card. It also mentions that these estimates are based on testing using Full HD recordings at 26Mbps....

This time around, it comes in the form of the second generation Apple AirPods and just like the previous three products, they will be made available in Malaysia. Just like the new iPad Air and iPad mini, there is no exact local release date for them just yet, but Apple Malaysia’s website has listed down their pricing though.
