This news came via a new YouTube video by PlayStation Support. Beyond audio and subtitles, another options that you can set the preset for is difficulty. You also get to choose if your PS5 games prioritise resolution or graphics. For games that support it, you can also set the preset for if your game starts in first-person or third-person view. Funnily enough, this major detail wasn’t even the main highlight of the video in question. Instead the video talks about other features of the PS5 that range from things we already know to the mundane. These range from 3D audio profile, Adaptive Trigger intensity and vibration strength. Odd choice of highlighted feature aside, this is still quite the major feature. Here’s hoping every game for the PS5 supports this preset function. I know I can definitely save a lot of time going through the options to save my ears. (Source: PlayStation Support / YouTube via Push Square)
