Despite the smaller footprint, Razer stated that the new gaming mouse is still designed for both palm and claw grip styles. Unfortunately, it is still a right-handed mouse though.

In terms of sensor, the DeathAdder V2 Mini is equipped with a lower resolution optical sensor at 8500 DPI as opposed to the 20000 DPI optical sensor on its standard-sized counterpart.  It still carries the same Razer Optical Mouse Switches which apparently can withstand up to 70 million clicks alongside mouse feet made from PTFE. The DeathAdder V2 Mini also comes with six programmable buttons, on-board profile storage, and anti-slip sweat-absorbent Polyurethane tapes that gamers can apply if they want to have a better grip of the mouse. Priced at RM 259, it is currently the most affordable DeathAdder mouse at the moment since the standard sized model goes for RM 349 while the older DeathAdder Elite is listed at RM 329. Gamers can obtain the new gaming mouse directly from Razer Store right away or they can also choose to purchase it from Lazada or Shopee starting from 27 June. For those who prefer to get it from physical retail stores, look out for the arrival of DeathAdder V2 Mini next week.
