First launched in India earlier this year, the realme Smart TV Series is running on Android TV which users would have access to apps and games via Google Play in addition to the built-in support for Chromecast and Google Assistant. In terms of processing power, both models rely on a chip from MediaTek that carries quad arm Cortex-A53 CPU cores and Mali-470 MP3 GPU as well as 1GB of RAM and 8GB internal storage. Together with a peak brightness of 400nits, realme also pointed out that its HDR10-enabled Smart TVs also come with Chroma Boost Picture Engine that is designed to help improve its picture quality. They are also equipped with 24W quad stereo speaker setup that has been enhanced with Dolby Audio. When realme first unveiled its Smart TVs for Malaysia, the company stated that the 32-inch HD model is priced at RM 899 while the larger 43-inch Full HD model goes for RM 1499. However, they will be made available for slightly less on the launch day at RM 699, and RM 1299, respectively through realme’ official store at Shopee.
