Coming just in time for the Merdeka month and the upcoming Malaysia Day, the Google subsidiary is collaborating with several broadcasters and content providers including Astro, MUSE Malaysia, Media Prima, and WebTVAsia in order to deliver the event.
The main highlight of the YouTube Malaysia Super Stream event is the live stream sessions that will take place on YouTube channels belonging to the participating content partners. For example, Media Prima through TV9 Malaysia’s YouTube channel will be streaming the full collection of the legendary comedy series, Scenario during the Super Stream period.
Fans of drama and lifestyle shows can also look forward to live stream sessions on Drama Sangat and Astro Gempak channels while for anime enthusiasts, MUSE Malaysia channel is definitely the place to be during the Super Stream event. Not for forget, WebTV Asia will be premiering up to 50 Malaysian movies on YouTube during the event such as Gol & Gincu, Lee Chong Wei: The Movie, Vedigundu Pasangge, and Nasi Lemak 2.0. Malaysians are able to join in the fun at the YouTube Malaysia Super Stream starting from 14 August onwards right until Malaysia Day itself on 16 September.
